BMS Training Place began life as an old barn on the working Ivy House Farm estate in the village of Freeby, 3½ miles east of Melton Mowbray.

Following a long and careful period of refurbishment, The Old Barn sprang to life in all its glory, comprising a 26 x 18 ft meeting room with a tall, pitched roof displaying the most prominent and beautiful reclaimed wooden beams, which gives the room a wonderful character and charm. With plenty of natural lighting the room has a wonderful spacious and airy feel, which is ideal for your creative business meeting or training needs.

BMS Training Place is comfortably able to cater for up to fifteen delegates and two trainers, and is a superb training facility.

Freeby has its own Cottage Garden nursery a short walk away from BMS Training Place which provides a pleasant break from your training or meeting business and a way of taking a breath of fresh air after lunch.

In conjunction with a local speciality catering firm, we are able to offer a delicious two-course buffet lunch comprising local speciality produce and a wonderful selection of mouth-watering salads, sandwiches, cooked meats and home-made cakes and pastries. The full day delegate package includes unlimited tea and coffee, and ample supplies of mineral water, fruit and biscuits, in addition to the two course buffet lunch.

The room is fully equipped with comfortable seating, low central coffee tables, DVD playing facilities, flip charts, whiteboard and markers, all of which is included with the daily delegate rate.

Alternatively, BMS Training Place is available for room hire only, with refreshments, DVD playing facilities, whiteboard, and flip chart available to purchase or hire separately.

With disabled access (including ramp for wheelchair access) BMS Training Place boasts a wealth of charm and character and is the ideal, peaceful setting for holding your business meetings or training days.
